📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Provide in-home physical therapy sessions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or home-based setting.
• Valid physical therapy license in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
