📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, such as SAP and QuickBooks, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurately captured and reported.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our financial processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting, with a proven track record in managing teams.
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
