📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for kitchen equipment, supplies, and ingredients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards for all kitchen-related purchases.
Collaborating with chefs and property managers to meet culinary and operational needs.
Conducting market research to identify new and innovative suppliers.
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Implementing and monitoring procurement policies and procedures.
Providing regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
Proven track record in sourcing kitchen equipment and supplies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
