📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and Excel to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in cold storage and processing facilities.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, with a focus on cold storage or food processing.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
