📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
• Ensure the security and safety of the building, including managing access control and emergency protocols.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on building performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations management, preferably in a high-rise apartment complex.
• Certification in Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using building management software such as Oracle Building Operations, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Surabaya city and its surrounding areas.
