In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
