📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
