📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.,Assist with event planning and coordination when needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
