📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's corporate and commercial activities.,Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Manage legal disputes and litigations.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.,Advise on corporate governance and risk management.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
