📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support retail partners in achieving their sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
