Apotek Indra Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our in-house restaurant operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia.

We are seeking a professional who can ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, providing excellent service to our customers and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of the service.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Promote and uphold the restaurant's image and values.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a restaurant with a similar size and scope to ours.
