📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Handle supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and industry trends.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
