📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for the company.,Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure the company remains competitive.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
