As a Marketing and Recruitment Intern at Generation:You Employed, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, helping to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage our social media channels, and support our events and promotions. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our recruitment process, assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation and engagement strategies
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions
• Support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to achieve departmental goals
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or recruitment is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proactive, creative, and operationally excellent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with recruitment software, such as Greenhouse or Lever, is a plus
• Passion for the marketing and recruitment industries
