Star Quick Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Your findings will help us improve our operations and maintain a strong internal control framework.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and audit software is a plus.
