📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Work with marketing and sales teams to create user guides, white papers, and other materials.Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.Assist in the development of technical writing guidelines and style sheets.Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for clear and concise communication.🛠️ Keahlian
