📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and skills.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency across all locations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the fast food industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining remote and in-person responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
