📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to help employees grow.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and culture building.
• Proven experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in HR management or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
