📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the dining area to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Manage a team of servers and bartenders, providing guidance and support
• Handle reservations and table service, ensuring timely and efficient seating
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Monitor and report sales and service metrics to ensure performance targets are met
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian
