📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English language skills.,Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.,Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support each other's professional growth.,Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.,TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.,Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English as an additional language.,Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different learning environments.,Fluency in English is a must, both in speaking and writing.,Willingness to work in a multicultural and diverse setting.
