📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee the quality of food and service, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle inventory and purchasing, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales and customer feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
