As a Deputy Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing candidate communications.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating with HR for background checks, and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
