📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver training sessions using modern e-learning platforms like Moodle and Google Classroom.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs meet employee development needs.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers and facilitators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training and development.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
