📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medication records and documentation.
• Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of medications.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of intravenous medications.
• Support the pharmacist in the preparation and administration of vaccines.
• Assist in the management of controlled substances and other high-risk medications.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Pharmacist or similar role in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy software such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification from the Indonesian Pharmacy Board.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
