📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Manage and coordinate the work of operational staff, including supervisors, foremen, and crew members.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Manage the port's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a port or maritime environment.,Proven track record of managing teams and resources effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
