Seven Retail Group is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Sparks English program. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting teachers in delivering high-quality English language lessons to students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist teachers in planning and delivering English language lessons to students,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers,Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students,Help students with homework and provide additional support as needed,Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and program updates,Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress,Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork within the classroom,Assist with the development and implementation of lesson plans and curriculum materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an educational setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English language (both spoken and written),Knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Ability to work well with students of various ages and backgrounds
