📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document current business processes in the lending and credit operations department,Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to address inefficiencies,Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful adoption,Monitor and measure the performance of business processes to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets,Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management,Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that new systems and technologies are aligned with business needs,Develop and maintain process documentation and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement, preferably in the financial services industry,Strong understanding of lending and credit operations processes,Proven experience in using business process management tools and methodologies,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
