Nityo Infotech is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the Health Insurance Claims & Fraud project. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our claims processing system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the health insurance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor the project team to achieve high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health insurance industry.,Strong understanding of health insurance claims processing and fraud detection systems.,Proficient in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
