📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand experience across all stores.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
