📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Manage inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of the shop for opening hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred but not required).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
