PT Duta Maha is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid role, requiring both office and field work. The position is based in Belawan, Sumatera Utara, with a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use when needed.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely completion of work.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, working to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure smooth and safe operation of the fleet.,Monitor and report on the performance of the fleet, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
