CV Tirta Mega is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols for all vehicles.,Generate and analyze reports on vehicle usage and maintenance costs.,Ensure all vehicles meet environmental and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Proficiency in fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
