📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services,Monitor and maintain IT security and data backup systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues,Assist in the procurement and management of IT assets,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security,Familiarity with common IT tools and software,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed
