📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and needs.
• Oversee the coordination of local vendors, including hotels, restaurants, and tour operators, to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to itineraries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
• Lead and mentor the travel team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, preferably in Bali.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel-related activities.
