Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center,Ensuring that all staff are properly trained and certified,Managing the budget and financial performance of the health center,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed,Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies,Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff,Experience with budgeting and financial management,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
